Customer Score

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 05.11.2026

1. General provisions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Customer Score service, available through the auto-expres.net website and its related application programming interface (API).

The service is provided by [COMPANY], UIC [UIC], with registered office and management address at [ADDRESS], hereinafter referred to as “Customer Score” or the “Provider”.

2. Purpose of Customer Score

Customer Score is an information service intended primarily for online merchants and other companies that deliver goods through courier services.

The service allows a lookup by phone number for available delivery history associated with that number, including information about successfully received, refused, unclaimed or returned shipments.

Based on the available information, the system may provide a statistical score called “Customer Score”, which serves solely as an additional indicator of potential risk.

Customer Score does not decide whether an order should be accepted, refused or shipped. The relevant merchant always makes that decision independently.

3. Merchant registration

To use the service, a merchant may be required to submit a registration request and receive an individual API key.

The merchant must provide accurate and up-to-date registration information and must not disclose its API key to unauthorised third parties.

4. Use of the API

Each registered merchant receives individual access to the Customer Score API.

The merchant undertakes:

  • to use the service only in connection with genuine orders and deliveries;
  • not to perform bulk lookups without a lawful and justified purpose;
  • not to submit false delivery information;
  • not to use the service for harassment, discrimination or other unlawful purposes;
  • to take appropriate measures to protect its API key.

5. Delivery data

Merchants may submit information to Customer Score relating to the fulfilment of specific deliveries.

The system is designed to process only the minimum amount of recipient information necessary for the service.

Customer Score does not require the recipient's name, national personal identification number, physical address or email address in order to perform the basic check.

The main identifier is the phone number, to which delivery-history data may be linked.

6. Accuracy of information

Information in Customer Score is generated from data provided by participating merchants.

Customer Score does not guarantee that the available history represents the complete delivery history associated with a particular phone number.

The absence of negative history does not guarantee that a future shipment will be received.

Likewise, the existence of a previous unclaimed or refused shipment does not automatically mean that a future shipment will not be received.

7. Customer Score rating

Customer Score may use different factors when calculating the rating, including the number of successfully received shipments, the number of unclaimed or refused shipments, the age of events and other relevant indicators.

The rating is a statistical indicator and must not be regarded as a guarantee of future behaviour.

8. Merchant decisions

The merchant independently determines the conditions under which a particular order will be processed.

Depending on its own rules, the merchant may, for example, offer:

  • cash on delivery;
  • partial prepayment;
  • a deposit covering shipping costs;
  • full prepayment.

Customer Score does not impose a specific payment method and does not automatically reject orders.

9. Prohibited use

Customer Score may not be used for:

  • public disclosure of phone numbers;
  • creating public lists of natural persons;
  • direct marketing;
  • stalking or harassment;
  • selling obtained information to third parties;
  • purposes unrelated to delivery-risk management.

10. Restriction or termination of access

Customer Score may restrict or terminate a merchant's access in the event of a breach of these terms, misuse of the service, attempts at unauthorised access or systematic submission of false information.

11. Liability

Customer Score provides an information tool and is not responsible for independent commercial decisions made by users of the service.

Each merchant is responsible for how it uses the information provided and for compliance with applicable law in its relations with its customers.

12. Personal data protection

The processing of personal data is described in detail in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to the terms

Customer Score may update these terms as the service develops, where the law changes or where new functionality is introduced.

The current version is published on this page.
